Why content matters

Your content shows people what the club feels like before they are brave enough to attend.

The best SRC content does not show how fast people run. It shows how welcome people feel.

Build a small content team

Do not leave everything to the club leader. Where possible, involve one or more volunteers who enjoy:

• photography
• short-form video
• writing social posts
• gathering member stories
• organising and sharing content

One person can cover several roles. The aim is simply to make content regular and sustainable.

What to capture

Prioritise authentic moments:

• people arriving and being welcomed
• conversations before and after sessions
• group photos
• walking and running at different paces
• smiles, volunteers and support at the back
• coffee, pub or social moments
